The Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships is targeted toward limited-income children/families from Prenatal to Age 3 – ensuring comprehensive services that include education, family service outcomes, health & wellbeing services, home-visitation, pathways to self-sufficiency, and other case management services . In addition to Derby Day Care and our Ansonia-based Early Childhood site (both serving the Valley region), TEAM is also partnered with twenty Family Child Care Homes.
