Providing Hope, Realizing Dreams will acquaint you with all aspects of the Connecticut Birth to Three System, from the first point of contact through the evaluation, program planning, and service delivery phases. You'll be introduced to three families who share their experiences and describe what Birth to Three supports and services have meant to their families.

The Help Me Grow Replication Project created a video to help explain the services that are offered through Help Me Grow and CDI. The video includes an interview with a parent, footage at a Help Me Grow Networking Breakfast and an interview with Dr. Paul Dworkin. Efforts are now underway in 12 states to replicate Connecticut's Help Me Grow, a model program funded by the Children's Trust Fund
